Whole process quality control process
Our quality control runs through every stage of the product lifecycle, forming a closed-loop management:
IQC - Incoming Inspection: All raw materials and purchased parts must undergo strict inspection before being stored. We verify the supplier's material certification and use professional equipment to conduct sampling tests on key properties such as hardness, strength, and composition to ensure that only qualified materials can enter the production line.
IPQC - Production Process Inspection: Set up multiple quality control points on the production line. Our quality inspectors will conduct first piece confirmation, regular inspections, and random sampling to monitor process parameters (such as injection temperature, torque), dimensional accuracy, and assembly quality in real time, preventing batch deviations.
PQC/FQC - Final Inspection of Finished Products: After completing all production processes, the product will undergo 100% final inspection or strict sampling based on AQL sampling standards (such as MIL-STD-105E). The inspection includes appearance, size, function, performance, and packaging to ensure that only products that fully meet customer specifications can be released.
OQC - Pre shipment Inspection: Before loading the goods into the container, we conduct a final audit to verify the product batch, quantity, packaging identification, and accompanying documents. We can also arrange for third-party authoritative organizations (such as SGS, BV, Intertek) to conduct independent inspections upon customer request and provide objective shipment inspection reports.
Introduction to Testing Equipment and Laboratory
We have advanced internal laboratories that support full cycle validation requirements from research and development to mass production, ensuring that our products meet the most stringent working conditions:
Performance testing area:
1. Durability fatigue testing machine: Simulate the service life and reliability of components under long-term cyclic loads (such as suspension components and connecting rods).
2. Brake pad inertia test bench: Strictly test the friction coefficient, wear rate, noise, and high-temperature performance of brake pads.
3. Salt spray test chamber: Evaluate the corrosion resistance of metal parts and surface treatments (electroplating, spraying), simulate harsh environments.
4. High and low temperature alternating test chamber: Verify the material stability and functional integrity of the product under extreme temperature conditions.
Size and Material Analysis Area:
1. Coordinate measuring instrument: Conduct high-precision 3D dimension inspection to ensure that the geometric dimensions of complex components fully comply with the drawing tolerances.
2. Spectral analyzer: Quickly and accurately analyze the chemical composition of metal materials, eliminating material misuse from the source.
3. Metallographic microscope: Observe the microstructure of materials and evaluate the quality of heat treatment processes.
Functional and Environmental Testing Area:
1. Airtightness/Waterproof Tester: Used for verifying the sealing of components such as car lights and sensors.
2. Vibration test bench: Simulate vibration under transportation and actual road conditions to evaluate the structural stability of the product.
3. Lighting distribution testing system: Ensure that the light type, brightness, and color temperature of the headlights comply with ECE/SAE/DOT regulations.
Material Tracking System
We have established a comprehensive traceability system to ensure that any product can be traced back to its production source:
Batch management: Assign unique batch numbers to each batch of raw materials and finished products.
Process recording: Key data during the production process, such as machine parameters, operators, and inspection results, are recorded in real-time and linked to product batches.
File archiving: All quality records, including inspection reports, test data, and material certificates, are systematically archived for a period exceeding the product lifecycle.
Quick response: Once market feedback occurs, we can use this system to quickly identify affected batches, analyze root causes, and implement precise recalls or corrections, maximizing customer protection.
