We can also arrange for third-party authoritative organizations (such as SGS, BV, Intertek) to conduct independent inspections upon customer request and provide objective shipment inspection reports.

Introduction to Testing Equipment and Laboratory

1. Coordinate measuring instrument: Conduct high-precision 3D dimension inspection to ensure that the geometric dimensions of complex components fully comply with the drawing tolerances.

2. Spectral analyzer: Quickly and accurately analyze the chemical composition of metal materials, eliminating material misuse from the source.

3. Metallographic microscope: Observe the microstructure of materials and evaluate the quality of heat treatment processes.

Functional and Environmental Testing Area:

1. Airtightness/Waterproof Tester: Used for verifying the sealing of components such as car lights and sensors.

2. Vibration test bench: Simulate vibration under transportation and actual road conditions to evaluate the structural stability of the product.

3. Lighting distribution testing system: Ensure that the light type, brightness, and color temperature of the headlights comply with ECE/SAE/DOT regulations.
